MP Patrick Brown serves constituents at the 3rd Annual Chilliefest

Barrie MP Patrick Brown hosted his 3rd annual Chilifest this past weekend and it was a great success! The event was held at the Royal Canadian Legion on St. Vincent in Barrie and welcomed a capacity crowd of hungry constituents. Proceeds were raised to support the Bill Wilkins Scholarship Fund and ALS Ontario. ALS Ontario took the opportunity to raise awareness of just how debilitating Lou Gehrig’s disease is. Georgian College Pre-Fire Service students cooked Chili and served refreshments and Barrie Fire Service personnel were also on hand to show their appreciation.

Patrick would like to thank all those who came out to help support these great causes and sends his special thanks to The Butcher Shop, Fox’s Bakery & Deli, Wagg’s Services and the membership and Board of the Royal Canadian Legion for their contributions and continued assistance.
