To celebrate the holiday season, MP Patrick Brown hosted a free family skate at the Barrie Molson Centre. The skate was a resounding success, bringing out new and longtime residents of the Barrie community to enjoy skating and Tim Horton’s coffee and hot chocolate, donated by Mark Hinton of the Mapleview Tim Horton’s location.
We were fortunate to have Jennifer Robinson, six time Canadian national figure skating champion join us and give some great skating tips.
Donations were taken for the Barrie food bank at the family skate and will continue to be accepted at the constituency office of MP Patrick Brown at 302-299 Lakeshore Drive.
